Get in touch

Let's start with a conversation.

Book a free discovery call to talk through where your family is, what your baby needs, and how gentle sleep support might help.

No commitment. No pressure. Just a conversation.

The discovery call is a space to talk through your family's sleep situation, ask any questions you have about holistic sleep support, and get a feel for whether working together makes sense.

There is no obligation and no upsell. If gentle sleep consulting with Katherine feels like the right fit, you will leave the call knowing exactly what the next step looks like.

What to expect
  • A relaxed, unhurried conversation about your baby's sleep
  • Space to ask any questions about the gentle sleep support packages
  • Katherine's honest sense of what approach might help most
  • No pressure to book, no follow-up sales emails

All support is fully virtual. Families anywhere are welcome. Katherine works across all time zones and will confirm availability on the call.

Prefer to reach out directly?

Send Katherine an email at hello@moonworkgentlesleep.com and she will be in touch within two business days.

What happens after the discovery call?

If you decide to move forward, Katherine will send over an intake questionnaire and get your first proper consultation scheduled. Everything moves at a pace that works for your family.

What ages do you work with?

Katherine offers holistic gentle sleep support for babies and toddlers from newborn through three years. Every plan is built around your child's specific developmental stage and temperament.

Is all support virtual?

Yes. All gentle sleep consulting is delivered virtually, which means families anywhere can access support. Consultations take place by video call, and all written materials are delivered digitally.

Which package is right for us?

The discovery call is the best place to figure that out together. If you'd like to read through the options first, you can view all packages here.

Do you use cry-it-out methods?

No. Gentle sleep support at Moonwork means exactly that. Every approach Katherine uses keeps connection and responsiveness at the center. There are no modified cry-it-out methods here.

You are not doing it wrong.

Most families who reach out have been told, directly or indirectly, that the way they are showing up for their baby at night is the problem. It isn't. You are here because you care, and that is already enough to start from.
